All about personal responsibility, loves Cruz.

He and his girlfriend are not married, because were she to marry him, they would lose their public assistance, (they have two kids), food stamps and housing allotment.

They own a business for heaven's sake. He lives with her. But, boy is he all about personal responsibility for everybody else!
