Power never cedes power, never. Once we have made the decision to take back that power, we have to be prepared for the inevitable violence and death that will be inflicted on us. Neither the law nor social mores will protect us, the police and military will beat and kill us and our fellow citizens will side against us.

Just know going in that that is how it is.
