I believe that Texas is leading the charge at reintroducing slavery as a viable commodity! In order to do this they have to ensure they have the inventory for a good start up!
What better way to gain inventory then by making sure that the poor don't have access to any kind of family planning, basically forcing women to have children!
As for not providing funding, well that's to be expected...after all it's believed that the poor produce like rabbits, and if you lose a few, no big deal because there will always be more to fill the void!
This sounds rather callous, but I believe that it's more honest then the BS line about being concerned with the health of woman, and trying to save the lives of unborn children!!!
Oh, and it's about controlling women!!!
