9. Did they drape the coffin in blue tarp?

I like the guy carrying a flag on a horse. Did he ride the horse there or drive his cage over to the funeral? I hope he knows that the guy who carries the flag is usually one of the first guys to die in war. Flag bearers were heroes, something that idiot will never be.
