is court ordered to drug treatment, and fails to show more than once for court dates, after failing drug tests, then is found to be in violation of Federal land use laws.
I'd say the guy needs to have his attention gotten.
Prison tends to do that, sometimes.

Ole man Bundy is raising his own band of outlaws, it seems.
Wonder which part of his Mormon religion he did not get?
