(37,573 posts)"unsolicited" seems like a strange thing to say. Does one then need an invitation to send a PM to somebody? I do not send a lot of them, but some of them have been unsolicited. And if one is suspended it is one way they can reply to a post and get a reply (PM) back.
"insinuating" seems like a judgement call to me. Communication is tough. Is it fair to read between the lines? On the other hand some people are good at being subtle about what they want to say. They can twist the knife and then play innocent.
Probably when you have multiple suspensions you do not get the benefit of the doubt.
I guess too when one is PMing they should take special care to try to make their message a nice one, at least if they are the one initiating the exchange.
