Which are the most accurate polls out there and why they can 'project' the winners. It used to be before Bush was selected by the Supreme Court after his family and campaign stole the election that everyone knew the exit polls have been invariably correct as long as they've been taken. The exit polls during the 2000 election was won by Al Gore who later was proved to have won the election. After that the media 'decided' that exit polls were no good. I wonder why. Don't you?

It's not just some idle question. It's a statistical gathering of pertinent information which shows not only how much votes an candidate is getting, but what percentage of party affiliates are voting. As well as other things, such as what income demographics are voting for whom and what percentage of party affiliates are voting for whom. There's a wealth of information that is garnered by exit polls.
