36. Overturn Citizens United. Vote Democratic President and Senate 2016!

It's a hugely winning platform.

Obama needs to appoint someone who will overturn Citizens United, and if the Republicans block his nominations then the Democrats had BETTER use that to retake the Senate and keep the Presidency.

There's basically no excuse here.
