10. Mark Kirk is in a deeply endangered R seat in Illinois

He will almost certainly have to go along with any Obama nominee in order to avoid a landslide defeat. If he sides with the obstructionists, it's a guaranteed -1 for the GOP in the Senate. (It's probably a -1 anyway, but Kirk is pretty much electorally obligated to play the moderate and stand with the President on Supreme Court nominees).
