10. As many times as this crazy point gets argued

They can't prevent the process in any way that isn't legal. Explain to me why rejection or filibusters are illegal? What process do you think they intend to use to block his nomination? As long as Obama is alive, he can nominate. He needs no permission to do this. He can do it right now. Congress cannot stop a nomination. But there are plenty of legal ways to block that nomination, and that is what they will do. Seriously, what do think they intend to do to stop him from nominating?

This whole point is ridiculous and distracts from any actual issues involved.

I mean Jesus people, impeach a senator? I'm pretty sure you can't even do that. And if you could, it'd require them to break a law, not displease the opposition party. If we impeached people for that, no one would ever go unimpeached.
