(10,622 posts)There is only one way to get what most already have unfortunately because money buys politicians in this second word country/oligarchy and money doesn't want to change obscene profits derived from their corrupt system at the expense of the most needy, the suffering and the most vulnerable among us.
So as usual it comes back to a political revolution, as luck would have it we have a leader that wants to usher in this revolution and is currently running for president, also luckily, because he appeals to so many young voters, new voters, and independent voters, that when he wins his coattails will be long.
With those coattails providing new blood to varying public office and a concerted non-stop effort to apply unseen before pressure against corrupt body of officials from the same army of regular people that are working at the moment to get him elected, we will begin to see changes in policies, some changes sooner and some later. Hopefully one of the first changes will be a first world style system of health care like the majority of civilized nations already have.
