9. I could have got really nasty, you know that.

All the derogatory names for a woman, I could have used any of those, including the vulgar ones.

But years ago I saw someone at Fox call her a name that is based somewhat on the old Playboy character, and Coulter got a really nasty look on her face.

Just look at the other names we all use on a regular basis.

Scalia - "Fat Tony"
Limbaugh - my usual is "Rush The Fathead"
Hannity - "Sean Insanity"
S. E. Cupp - "Sippy Cupp"
George W. Bush - "Smirky"
Bill O'Reilly - "Bull O'REALLY?"

And so on.
