I would devoutly hope that Justices Tino Cuellar and Goodwin Liu of the CA SC would be at the top of his list. Stunning academic backgrounds, government and appellate court experience, liberal and YOUNG (43 and 45, respectively. Plus, there has never been a Mexican-American or Asian-American justice on the SCOTUS (Sotomayor, J., is of Puerto Rican heritage).
