In Lynch's favor, you would oppose a Supreme Court nominee because he/she doesn't support the legalization of marijuana? Really? That's like not even in the top 100 issues that most Americans care about. Yeah, it should be legalized, but around 3 people in the entire US would tank a nominee for that reason. And why does it even matter what a SC nominee thinks about the legalization of pot? That is an issue that is entirely within the purview of the president, Congress and federal law enforcement.
