That's exactly how the ritual is performed. See, they take a morbidly obese, elderly smoker, and they send him off on a nice vacation. They let him relax all day, and then enjoy a nice dinner. Then they let him toddle off to bed whenever he feels like it.

Its fiendish and shocking, I know, but that's how the ritual is performed. I have it on good authority from a friend of a friend who is, like, really into the occult.
