He's reading Trump's tweets about him. I wouldn't do that if I were Rubio. It only highlights it all.
Anyway, his whole speech is about Trump. He should promote himself.
Gotta turn it off. I can't stand Rubio's whiny voice. Can't stand that Cruz voice either.
