20. Governments are instituted amonst people

to secure the rights of the people. Not to be the lackeys of the Rich and Powerfull.

The person looking out for their own wallet I can atleast understand even if I don't empathisize with. But the Chieftan who sells out his own people for personal profit is nothing more than Slaver.
