A good friend of mine who lives in the Dallas area told me that when he went to vote in the recent primary election, he was told his voting location had been changed (he'd received no notice, and he's very aware about things like that). So he went to the location they sent him to, and lo, they told him he was still in the wrong place. When he went to the third location, he was finally allowed to vote.

How many voters are going to persevere through that?

One guess at his party affiliation . . . .
