on a high speed chase, the poor Seamus getting rocked back and forth like on a roller coaster. Finally, Romney gives up and exits the car. The cop who exits the car and comes up to him to slap on the cuffs is none other than McGruff, the Crime Dog, who turns to the audience and says "take a bite out of crime" and starts gnawing through Romney's magic underwear.
