It could be Romney, it could be Jeb, it could be Rubio, or anyone else.

I wouldn't be surprised to see folks like Gingrich, Huckabee, Jindal and various other folks jockeying for the position too. But they need to start building some kind of fledgling infrastructure first. That's what this filing is about.
