since he asked for a pledge to acknowledge the scientific consensus about climate change.. and all Marco does is talk about the costs it could incur and sure the climate is changing, it's always changing, India will keep polluting...

Update: I was saying this ironically - the rules were clear - Mayor Regalado created a question meant to force a yes or no on climate change. He does believe in it and Miami is sinking. So Rubio's answer SHOULD make him unendorse.
