Koch Industries made a renouncement last year saying they would have PR groups in every State. Anyone has the time,go over to the Salt Lake Tribune Site and read some of the Stories today. Utah gives Koch Brothers 700k through various Lobbing Groups. Groups are run by State Legislative members.
