43. Aren't hot dog carts more of a New York phenomenon?

Y'know, come to think of it...when I visited Chicago's downtown in October I didn't see one street food vendor. A few days later I was in NYC and anywhere there was a lot of foot traffic, you'll find a vendor cart.
