11. Americans don't do nuance.

Americans are used to being hit over the head with a message, be it via t&a in a beer commercial, or a break-away chair over a WWE star's head.

Remember when President Obama, shorty after his inauguration, began trying to mend some fences with the nations we had so alienated during the Bush years? Obama-haters still call it his "Apology Tour." Trump supporters respect tough guys, they gladly give their lunch money to the schoolyard bully, but be damned if they're going to play on the team with the wimpy kid. I spoken to lots of them. They don't care about Trump's policies — or lack thereof. They're only concerned with having a tough guy, a winner who will kick ass where the black boy backed down to world leaders. Truth be damned, that is the perception they harbor.

It's really sad. There truly is no talking to these people, the Trump stars twinkle in their eyes so brightly. Johonny is correct...they just want to WIN something. Despite all of the things Trump has lost, he holds himself up as a winner, and that's good enough for them.
