but it definitely feels toastier now than in the 50's-60's when I grew up here. I'm with you on the hot v. cold issue.
Lots of land up in the hills around here. Wish I could afford a 5 acre plot myself. Of course, I'd probably get burned out with all the fires lately, which are also on the up tick, of course. A Rott for intruders and cats for the rodents, you'd be well protected.
