(110,254 posts)57. Instead of just sounding the alarm for weeks, why weren't they
urging voters to fill out the online form to get permanent mail-in ballots? And telling them to make sure to check the box indicating party affiliation (because without that check the default was independent)?

Quite a problem. Reducing Maricopa County's 200 polling stations (2012) to 60 (2016) was obviously strategic.
