for GQ, she was a big time model at the time, Cruz had nothing to do with it.

Trump on the other hand personally went after Heidi with a truly personal attack, delivered by him personally.

Trump who has owned strip joints, went after Kelly using menstruation from "her wherever" as the insult.

Fighters probably aren't too popular here, but Trump is the kind of guy that I used to like forcing down in front of his 'boys'.
