6. I realized that on Nov. 3, 2004

When someone as incompetent and craven and evil as GW Bush could win an election, I realized there were way too many fatally stupid people, not counting the ones who are just short sighted and greedy.

I am feeling a tinge of the pain of 2004 (which kept me emotionally detached during the 2008 election cycle) again tonight. This was such an important election.

It's not just losing, it's realizing how many of the people you work and live with actually choose to vote for the bad guy. Why??
