Montgomery Blair Sibley, the former lawyer who represented the "D.C. Madam," really wants to publicize his late client's phone records. Sibley says he has the names, addresses and Social Security numbers of 815 clients who used the D.C. Madam's escort service.

Earlier this year, he filed a complaint of judicial misconduct against a judge to lift the gag order. About two weeks ago, he checked back in on that complaint.

Then on Monday, Sibley reportedly hand-delivered an appeal to the Supreme Court and took to his blog to say his patience is running out. He wrote that if he doesn't receive a fair hearing and fast, he'll consider the restraining order "void" and "will simply release publicly the Verizon Wireless Subpoena Return records."

WASHINGTON — The former lawyer of Deborah Jeane Palfrey — dubbed the “D.C. Madam” — has filed a motion to allow the release of her escort services’ records, saying they “may contain information relevant to the upcoming presidential election.”
