see, i think he's a bully who's gotten everything else he wants in life and now just gets off on having people worship him like a pharaoh, he has no overriding ethical interests, but does enjoy destroying things -- big things, like national political parties.

he's clearly getting ego strokes from the rock star candidate treatment. that's a win for him.

his fucking empty podium gets more coverage than other candidates' live speeches. that's a win for him.

the entire GOP establishment is throwing a colossal hissy fit over his delegate count. that's a win for him.

he stands an excellent chance of actually demolishing the Republican party by continuing his candidacy, win or lose. that's a win for him.

if he were someone who cared deeply about preserving a political career, you'd be right, but imho that's not how Trump rolls. he's just in it for fun and cheap thrills. the outrageous shit he says that makes people panic all over the world? that's entertainment to him.
