In addition, the suspects had $60 worth of meth on them! Since when do you shoot to kill unarmed suspects in a penny ante drug deal!!

The Abq police wouldn't comment for about a year on this case. The victim had to sue the police department to have any info released. The shooter was allowed to remain on desk duty for the year after the shooting.

The whole debacle has been a nightmare for the victim.
