60. I did not say Trump had strong foreign policy

But the GOP voters like Trump's Foreign policy. That the policy is nonsense tends to be unimportant to such voters.

My point it is Racial Policy that the right wing hates, that Obama is African-American is less important then the Civil Rights Policy that the Democratic party has supported since Truman. Thus the hatred to Obama is the same as it had been to Carter, Lyndon Johnson and Truman. All three advanced Civil Rights for African-Americans, more then Clinton did and to a degree more then Obama. Through what Obama could do was limited given he had to deal with a GOP controlled Congress except for his first two years in office.
