36. Who is going to turn

over a former VP to be tried by an international court (which I'm pretty sure we never signed onto for this exact reason)? If he doesn't leave the US (and I'm thinking with the condition of his health, it's easy for doctors to say he shouldn't travel by air) they can't get him.
