20. She focused on women's rights and specifically violence against women worldwide

She also appointed more female ambassadors than any SOS in the history of the US.

She also focussed on addressing issues of hunger worldwide before they reached crisis levels (proactive rather than reactive).

Her focus on women's issues and on world hunger were paradigm-shifiing.

She personally advocated for bringing cookstoves to poor countries so that they could prepare food more efficiently and in an environmentally cleaner manner (100 million of these stoves were distributed worldwide).

She made LGBT rights a focus of US foreign policy and promoted such rights in countries that were less than friendly to this issue.

She promoted internet access worldwide and called out various countries, including China, for their censorship of the web.

She also helped repair relationships with countries around the world that were damaged by the Bush administration's approach to diplomacy (or lack thereof).
