Penn from Penn and Teller also had a large weight loss and people thought he was dying, but he changed his diet, stopped eating crap, and was able to drop a lot of blood pressure meds, he says it saved his life.

We grow accustomed to our heroes or fans or celebrities looking a certain way, and when they make a life altering decision like weight loss we see them differently.

AL weighed 305 at one point, the strain that put on him was insane. There are articles out there about how and why he lost the weight.

To live longer and be healthy.
