4. Reads a bit suspicious to me. There was a case about 20 years ago in my hometown.

You can read about it, the teacher was Margaret Kelly Michaels. She was accused of doing stuff that could not have possibly been hidden if done in a classroom. After a few years in jail, she was proven innocent and sued the state for millions --- and won.


The connection with the posted case is with the zip ties, duct tape and maybe even the long time outs in the bathroom. Stuff like that has characteristics that are visible to observers and passers-by to the classroom.
