True! You never know what the weather will bring but I wouldn't live anywhere else. What elevation do you live at? We're only a little above 4K but the peaks around here have snow over about 5K on up. You're on the East side I assume? I sure don't miss the hail, wind and tornadoes but I'd still take it in a red hot heartbeat over flat land.
