21. I saw a thread trashing Vermont over housing prisoners in Michigan, the thread was started by a

DUer from the State of Washington which uses the exact same Michigan prison to house their prisoners. Washington State houses more than three times the number of prisoners Vermont does in that MI facility.

In that thread, DUer from Massachusetts trashes Vermont for racial disparity in prison populations, Vermont is 1% black but has 11% black prisoners. Massachusetts has 8% black people and 28% black prisoners.

So Vermont sucks very much. But obviously Massachusetts and Washington suck even more. California takes the big cake, they house nearly 8,000 prisoners if various other States. But Vermont is to blame for that too. California is only doing what Vermont forces it to do!
