wherein his daughter tells him an incident where he dressed up in a pink boa and underwear has become a viral video at her school, and everyone is sharing it.

When Cruz nervously says, "Oh, really," it was the only moment so far where I connected with him on a human level, the only time I've had a laugh of recognition with Cruz instead of at him. How many of us Fathers have done something goofy like this, happy however that it stays between us and our daughters.

Of everything I'm grateful for in my life, getting old before YouTube was introduced ranks mighty high.
