4. Bundy's attorney says he got kicked out of a federal courtroom

... Mike Arnold traveled to Las Vegas to support Bundy during the hearing, even though he can't represent Bundy in the Nevada case.

Arnold said he was sitting in the courtroom gallery .. when he got an emergency text message from his co-council in Oregon .. that he had to file a motion in the Oregon case by the end of business.

Arnold claims he used his cellphone to respond, and .. the marshal .. asked him to leave. Cellphones and laptop computers aren't allowed in .. most federal courtrooms.

"On the way out I had to make a record. I had to, unfortunately, interrupt the court and explain who I was, and that I was being ordered to leave. And, the reason I was being ordered to leave is because I was trying to do litigation in Oregon while helping my client in Nevada. That is why it's unjust to try two cases at once," Arnold told KATU News's sister station KSNV outside of the courthouse ...
