that I don't even get to the point where I'd ever think about her gender or her sexuality. It's like she's got laser-hot beams of awfulness shooting off of her in every direction to the point where I completely recoil as soon as I hear the name.

She's one awful, terrible human being. Man/woman/trans, gay/straight... evil is evil.

Whether she's actually this filled with hate or it's shtick doesn't even matter anymore. The world will be a better place when she leaves the public eye and retires somewhere far far away from any other people.
