Almost No One Would Have Insurance If Pre Existing Conditions Come Back. [View all]

Ryan wants to bring back pre existing conditions. That would mean that almost all Americans over time would not have insurance. Only the youngest and healthiest might have insurance. Everyone else with even a sniffle would just have to die early.
