It's an excellent strategy game where you can take control of ANY nation on the planet in 1836, when the British and French empires were going.

If you choose Prussia or Austria your task will be to gain control of all those principalities and create your German empire. You can play those small principalities too but they are very difficult. I almost did it with Bavaria once.
