In reply to the discussion: Has anyone else noticed less money out there on the streets? [View all]In a small town, with limited resources...casino jobs, tourism stuff...but most of the work is seasonal and my age and health are limiting...Add to that the fact that no matter what I do, as a single mom, if the kids get sick or need me I end up losing the job ...and less than $10 isnt a living wage for a 40 hr week anyway...not like i could pull of a 40 hr week anymore and still keep my sanity or health intact.
