Those are narcissistic "Look at me!" performance expressions.

Re: the Carlin reference above--Carlin WAS a performer. His comic expressions were appropriate for a comedian's performance of a comedy act. In the case of Trump and Manson, the chasm between their supposed role/character and their expressions is the problem, the over the top comic expressions are not.

Personality dysfunction is often manifested in either absence of affect or grossly inappropriate affect. Both Trump and Manson remind me of Jack Nicholson's Joker with their grotesque and mugging.
