"Identifying" as a woman doesn't mean "I feel feminine today" or crap like that. It means seeing yourself as female, dressing as female, looking female. A bearded guy going into a woman's restroom is a bearded guy, not a transgender woman. However, that bearded guy MIGHT be a transgender man, and you should let him go into the men's room. Sheesh.
