1. Obama will be out spent this time, no doubt about it, but...

it won't be by the dimensions that Barrett was out spent in WI. Also, Dems traditionally are outspent by the GOP. With the exception of Obama in 2008 and LBJ in '64, the GOP always outspent dems in presidential elections in modern times.

No doubt about it, Obama and Dems will have to be very careful about how they use their money and where they spend it. I doubt you will be seeing much money spent on California or New York, for example.

If I were the Obama group, I would concentrate on Virginia, Ohio, North Carolina, Florida, Colorado & Iowa. With the blue states, generally I feel comfortable, all Obama needs is a couple of the states listed above--Romney needs almost all of them to win.
