57. The reason I downloaded the app in the first place

was the taxi company. Phoned for a cab and they told me a driver was dropping off a fare two blocks away. Five minutes, tops the dispatcher said.

Well I called 20 minutes later and the dispatcher gives me an "I dunno. Not our problem".

The rest is history.
