COLUMBIA — South Carolina offices are closed Tuesday in observance of Confederate Memorial Day.
State senators will return Wednesday to start working their way through a host of legislation sent over from the House before the crossover deadline after taking last Thursday and Tuesday off.
Ceremonies will be held in the Charleston area on Saturday ...
