7. You don't know your sovereign citizens very well

Sovereign citizens believe if the flag in a courtroom has gold fringe on it, the court is operating under Maritime Admiralty Martial Law Jurisdiction and is ineligible to try people who aren't in the military.

Your sovereign citizen believes the Constitution only allows two types of courts: Common Law courts and Admiralty courts. They also believe statute law and codified law are both invalid - the only legitimate law in America is common law. Since their version of common law says nothing is illegal if no victim is created, sovereign citizens can never be guilty of anything. (This version of common law ALSO says, if anyone does anything to a sovereign citizen the SC is completely entitled to file a retaliatory lien against the person, send a 1099 to the IRS claiming millions of dollars in payments were made so the person gets audited, and all sorts of OTHER fun things.)

If I was a judge, I'd have been kicked off the bench by now for ordering bailiffs to take sovereign citizens out back and shoot them. They are worthless people - much worse than Republicans.
